1/2 cup (4 ounces) 1/3-less fat cream cheese
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup Greek fat-free vanilla yogurt
6 Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
1 cup crushed vanilla meringue cookies (about 8 2-inch cookies)
6 whole vanilla meringue cookies
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl on medium speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Beat in yogurt until blended.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons cheese mixture into each of 6 (8-ounce) glasses
- Top each with 1/2 chopped kiwifruit and about 2 1/2 tablespoons cookie crumbs.
- Repeat layers once with remaining cheese mixture and remaining kiwifruit; top with 1 whole cookie. Serve immediately.
