INGREDIENTS
2 oz Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwifruit puree
2 oz St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
2 oz Rum
6 oz Fever Tree bitter lemon soda
METHOD
- Created by Jamie Boudreau, master mixologist and Cocktail Whisperer
- Divide Zespri kiwifruit puree, rum and St-Germain into two ice-filled Collins glass; stir gently. Top with bitter lemon soda.
- Garnish with fresh kiwifruit slice.
