2 Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced, plus more for garnish
1 tbsp raw sugar or honey
¼ tsp fresh grated ginger
8 oz. cold sparkling water or seltzer (plain, coconut, or lime-flavored)
- Muddle the Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit with the sugar and ginger in a shaker or large jar.
- Add the sparkling water and ice and stir.
- Pour into two glasses. Garnish with fresh Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit.
- Make it a cocktail: Add 3-ounces vodka or rum and decrease sparkling water by 3 ounces.
