2 Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwifruit
1 tbsp honey
¼ tsp fresh grated ginger
8 oz. sparkling water
- Peel and slice Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit, plus more for garnish
- Muddle the Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit with the sugar and ginger in a shaker or large jar.
- Add the sparkling water (or seltzer; plain, coconut, or lime-flavored) and ice and stir.
- Pour into two glasses. Garnish with fresh Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit.
- Make it a cocktail: Add 3-ounces vodka or rum and decrease sparkling water by 3 ounces.
