INGREDIENTS
1 Zespri™ SunGold™ kiwifruit, peeled
1½ ounces vodka
1 ounce sweet and sour mix
ice
sliced kiwifruit for garnish
METHOD
- Cut a ¼-inch slice from center of zespri kiwifruit to use as garnish.
- Muddle remaining zespri kiwifruit in cocktail shaker. Add vodka, sweet and sour mix, and ice.
- Cover and shake 10-15 seconds or until very cold. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with sliced zespri kiwifruit.
PRO TIP
Chop kiwifruit before muddling if fruit is not quite ripe and soft. A serrated peeler works best for peeling kiwifruit.
