3 Zespri™ SunGold Kiwifruit, chopped
1 Fresh Baguette, sliced
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 cup Strawberries, chopped
4 ounces Goat Cheese
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 sprigs of Fresh Mint Leaves, sliced for garnish
- Lightly butter each slice of bread and broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Keep a close watch, they burn quickly!
- Next layer on the chopped Zespri™ SunGold Kiwifruit and strawberries, followed by a sprinkle of goat cheese.
- Optional: Now drizzle balsamic vinegar sparingly and sliced fresh mint leaves for garnish.
