INGREDIENTS
4 Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwi, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup white wine
2 cinnamon sticks
METHOD
Place golden raisins, orange juice, honey, lime juice, wine and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes
Remove cinnamon sticks.
When cool enough to handle, add Zespri SunGold Kiwi and pulse in a small blender or with a stick blender until fairly smooth. Mixture will thicken as it cools.
PRO TIP
May be prepared several days in advance and stored in a covered container in the refrigerator.
