Ingredients:
- 4 Zespri SunGold Kiwis
- 1 cup of your favorite chocolate (dark, milk, or white), melted
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles
- Wooden sticks
Method:
- Slice the Zespri SunGold Kiwis into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- Insert a wooden stick into each kiwi slice to create a popsicle shape.
- Dip each kiwi pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Immediately sprinkle the chocolate-covered kiwi pops with shredded coconut or sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Place the kiwi pops on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
