100 ml (3½ oz) soy sauce
100 ml (3½ oz) mirin
100 ml (3½ oz) rice wine
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tsp cornflour (corn starch)

METHOD
- Sauce (a). Cut in small pieces and place in a blender, until smooth.
- Mix (a) and (b) in a pan and heat. Stir, until thick
- Cut beef in 2 cm (¾ inc) dice, grill then combined with the sauce.
- Slice another Zespri Green Kiwifruit and grill then decorate with beef.
