INGREDIENTS
1 - 2 (150g) Zespri SunGold Organic Kiwifruit, peeled and diced
220g plain organic flour, sifted
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ cup caster sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
¾ cup vegetable oil or rice bran oil
¾ cup organic yoghurt

METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix together flour, baking powder, caster sugar and salt.
- In separate bowl, mix together egg, oil and organic yoghurt. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and add Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit dices. Mix lightly.
- Line muffin tin with baking paper and add mixture. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until they turn Golden brown.
