Zespri school fund
Applications are open from Monday 7 October 2024 and will close on Friday 8 November 2024.
The Zespri School Fund has been created with the purpose of giving back to our valued schools, Te Kura and early childhood education providers. Zespri’s purpose is to help people, communities and the environment thrive through the goodness of kiwifruit and the Fund is one way in which we live our purpose.
We receive a large number of school-related sponsorship requests every year and it is a key element of our community support. Whether it be a fundraising goal, sports team or school community initiative - all applications are welcome!
The Zespri School Fund is capped at a total of $15,000 per year. The amount and value of each award within the Fund will be determined by Zespri based on the quantity and content of the applications.
Applications will be assessed against a set of criteria including:
- Alignment with Zespri community investment pillars
- Diversity of applications (wide range of applications to be supported)
- Quality of application
- Impact of award
All early childhood education (ECE) centres, kindergartens, Te Kura, primary schools, intermediates, high schools and colleges are eligible to apply for the Fund.
Download and complete the Zespri School Fund form provided below, and submit your application to sponsorships@zespri.com by 5pm on Friday 8 November 2024.
Applications will be reviewed by Zespri’s External Relations team and all applicants will know the outcome of their applications by no later than Friday 22 November 2024.
